I designed the contact page, including both the contact info finder, as well as a early design for the ask and answer. (Which was later modified to fit into the other design).

Description:This Heuristic Evaluation was done for the Pembina Instute and the Pembina Foundation with the intenion of increasing the donations by 50%. Critical Mass is assisting in this for part of their community outreach projects. The stated means to do so was to idenfity pain points for users in the donate stream, as well as point out outstanding useablity/design problems. The evaluation was well recived by Critical Mass and has been passed along to other team members.
